What we sell
dawvq sells access to weighted API units for its AI workspace and dawvqCLI integrations. A top-up increases the wallet balance; it does not guarantee a third-party model or provider.
How payment works
Customers choose an available cryptocurrency and network in the authenticated checkout. The exact amount, address, network and expiry are displayed before payment. Credit is applied only after confirmation and order matching.
Partial, wrong or late payments
Partial, expired or mismatched payments require support review. Sending another asset or network can prevent automatic matching.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are sent to the originating wallet where technically and legally possible, less network or processing costs.
Purchases through intermediaries
If you purchase through an intermediary and are also a member of that intermediary's Discord server, or if we otherwise learn that you purchased through an intermediary, your account will be banned and your tokens will be invalidated.
